PRIVACY POLICY

Below we inform you in detail about the handling of your data in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR.

1. Controller:

This data protection information applies to data collection and processing by the body named in the imprint.

2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use:

a) Visiting the website

When you visit our website www.magischeillusionen.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. The data is not analyzed for marketing purposes in this context.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymized so that it is no longer possible to identify the accessing client.

  • Date and time of access,
    Name and URL of the accessed file,
  • the website from which access was made (referrer URL)
  • browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of the device used and the name of your access provider.

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes

  • Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
  • evaluating system security and stability and
  • for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.


b) Contact form

We offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. This requires you to enter your name and e-mail address. Further information such as telephone number can be provided voluntarily. Your personal data will only be used to answer your request.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their collection, i.e. after completion of the request or conversation you have made.

3. Transfer of data:

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed.

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
  • the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR for the assertion,
  • exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

  • Right to restriction of processing Art. 18 GDPR
    You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
